InArt – Community Arts Festival aims to examine and explore new strategies of work and interaction of disabled people for citizenship by promoting contact with the various forms of artistic expression. InArt includes various cultural events – seminars, performances, video exhibitions, talks and workshops. It brings together artists, technicians, psychologists, journalists, teachers and students in reflection and sharing of processes and issues through dialogue and artistic display.
